2. Provision of the website and server logs

This website is provided by NexTao GmbH, Königsallee 27, 40212 Düsseldorf, on servers within the European Union. When a page is called up, technically necessary data is recorded in log files: shortened IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, the referring address as well as browser and system details. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and trouble free operation. The logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

3. Audience measurement without cookies

To learn which articles are being read, we measure usage with our own analytics running on our own server inside the European Union (analytics.axaix.app). No cookies are set and no identifier is stored on your device. We record the address called up, the referring address, the time, the window width, the language setting and rough information about device and country, plus clicks on outbound links, on file links and on email and telephone links. Your IP address serves solely to determine the country and is discarded immediately afterwards, it is not stored. Repeat visits are grouped by a check value that is formed anew each day and therefore cannot be traced back to a person. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a data-minimising evaluation of how this website is used.

Beyond that we embed no third party analytics services and transfer no data to advertising networks. Fonts, graphics and scripts are loaded exclusively from our own servers.

4. Contact form, email, telephone and WhatsApp

If you contact us through the form, by email or by telephone, we process the details you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with and no statutory retention periods stand in the way.

The form contains two technical safeguards against automated entries: a field that is invisible to people and a check of the time between opening and sending. No additional personal data is collected in the process.

If you use the WhatsApp link, you leave this website. The terms and privacy information of the respective provider then apply. The link on its own transfers no data.

5. Recipients

Your data is not passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil a contract, you have given your consent or we are legally obliged to do so. Service providers who support us in operating the website are contractually bound under Article 28 GDPR.

6. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as statutory retention periods require.

9. Encryption

This website is delivered exclusively in encrypted form over HTTPS. The content you transmit to us is therefore protected in transit.
